Enjoyed our time together playing football. He was such a happy, sociable guy. At the 50th we had a really good visit. He seemed so happy and healthy. So sad to see another great guy gone.
It is with great sadness that I learn of Rick's passing. At our 50th, he shared with me feelings that revealed his profound caring and kindness, as well as prodigious strength...And all that wrapped with playful humor which always made him so endearing. We have lost a special soul.
I'm so sorry to hear about Ricky - a classmate since Washington, so I'll call him by that name. He was an all-around good guy. Thanks for your note, Pamela. You described him to a tee. He appeared happy, energetic and full of the dickens at the reunion. Sad to see the class lose another friend.
I am sorry to hear of Ricky's passing. Like Pam, Melinda, Linda and others I've known Ricky since I can remember. I used to rough house with him in early grammar school and kind of had control until about 5th grade when his dad taught him how to box. Then one day on the front lawn of Washington I started to mess with him and he punched me right in the nose, I couldn't see through the tears, and I didn't fool with Rick anymore. And at the 50th reunion I was fortunate to be part of seeing him attain an apparent life long desire of his, and that was to kiss Pam Larson who graciously allowed him. Rest in peace, Ricky.
